It's been so long since I uploaded a cosplay photo! So enjoy this crappy photo until I have some good ones *shot* For once I'm actually going to say this photo looks better in small view...for some reason the full view is all fuzz when the actual picture isn't.
This is from a mouth ago at a local convention (Tricon). I went as Hipster Frodo (from Lord of the Rings). I actually plan to re-wear this cosplay for the Hobbit midnight premier (because I don't have the time to make his actual outfit from the movie). However, I will be making some changing. I'm going to change the scarf or at least how it's worn, add a jacket, and most importantly have hobbit feet! Yes I'm actually going to have big gross hobbit feet XD
It's hard to see but I do have in blue contacts and I have one little pointy hobbit ears as well 8D Again, sorry this is not the best photo. I really like the pose though and it's rather cute so thats why I'm uploading. I'll try to get better pictures when I wear it to the premier.
I saw the special features for Fellowship of the Ring. The Hobbit feet took at least an hour to put on, and the pointy ears were made of gelatin. Also I saw Orlando Bloome with a black mohawk, I'm not kidding.
There are actually some parts in the movies I like more than the books. For example, when Merry and Pippin got into the fireworks. Nothing like that happened in the book.
yeah. The one thing I didn't like that they changed was Arwen taking Frodo to Rivendell. In the books it is actually an Elf named Glorfindel who takes him there but I can see why they changed it to Arwen for the movie because she has other parts but Glorfindel doesn't...
Well I like the movie's additions with Merry and Pippin. Over all though they did a really good job. They filmed all three movies at once and it took them two years to do so.
